Cook a traditional Valencian paella from scratch with a local host: sofrito, the right rice, the socarrat, and the stories behind each step. We start at the market stall to pick up the ingredients, then cook and eat together on the terrace with a glass of wine. Small groups, all levels welcome, every ingredient sourced that very morning.
