Paella masterclass in a Madrid home kitchen

Cook a traditional Valencian paella from scratch with a local host: sofrito, the right rice, the socarrat, and the stories behind each step. We start at the market stall for the ingredients, then cook and eat together on the terrace with a glass of wine. Small groups, all levels welcome, every ingredient sourced the same morning.
